Annabelle moved to Wisconsin to attend Marquette Law School. She was involved in Marquette’s mock trial program and was a board member of its moot court team, traveling to Chicago and New York City for various competitions. She held an internship as a mediator with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She was also inducted into the Posner Pro Bono Society for completing more than 120 pro bono hours during her time in law school. After graduation she worked for a firm in Milwaukee handling short and long term disability benefits.
Annabelle practices family law specializing in divorce, child custody/placement, support issues, and guardianships. She also takes Guardian ad Litem cases in Dane and Sauk County.
Annabelle was voted a Rising Star with Wisconsin Super Lawyers in 2018 and 2019, nominated for the Athena Young Professional Award in 2018, and awarded the Belle Case La Follette award from the Wisconsin Law Foundation in 2016.
Annabelle currently volunteers with the Family Law Assistance Clinic of Dane County and is an annual speaker at the Hmong Language and Cultural Enrichment Program. She is a board member of the Wisconsin Asian American Bar Association and a member of Legal Association for Women. Annabelle was the Key Note Speaker for Madison College’s Youth Career and College Fair in 2020 and has presented legal seminars on Authenticating Social Media Evidence as well as Cultural Awareness and Impact in Family Law.
